In my darksome night
When I've lost my light
And my worldly mind is tired and worried
I know I need someone
To lead me to the sun
To take my hand when I can't find my courage
Oh Lord, Oh Lord
Oh Lord won't you take me home
Oh Lord, Oh Lord
Oh Lord won't you take me home
Hace tiempo ya
Dejé de respirar
Y tu aliento no logró alcanzarme
Y pude despertar
De esta oscuridad
Al sonido de tu voz al llamarme...*
(*English translation:
For so long I stopped breathing
And your breath couldn't reach me
And I could awaken from that darkness
To the sound of your voice as you call me...)
Oh Señor, Señor
Regresame a mi hogar
Oh Lord, Oh Lord
Oh Lord won't you take me home
“In the darksome night of despair, my eye turneth expectant and full of hope to the morn of Thy boundless favor and at the hour of dawn my drooping soul is refreshed and strengthened in remembrance of Thy beauty and perfection. He whom the grace of Thy mercy aideth, though he be but a drop, shall become the boundless ocean, and the merest atom which the outpouring of Thy loving-kindness assisteth, shall shine even as the radiant star.” **
ALLÁH-U-ABHÁ

Aubrey Wood - Tarry Not
03:49
|

6. O SON OF BEING!
Thy Paradise is My love; thy heavenly home, reunion with Me. Enter therein and tarry not. This is that which hath been destined for thee in Our kingdom above and Our exalted dominion.
(Baha'u'llah, The Arabic Hidden Words)
|
||||
3. |
||||
38. O SON OF SPIRIT! Burst thy cage asunder, and even as the phoenix of love soar into the firmament of holiness. Renounce thyself and, filled with the spirit of mercy, abide in the realm of celestial sanctity.
|
||||
4. |
||||
3. O FRIEND!
In the garden of thy heart plant naught but the rose of love, and from the nightingale of affection and desire loosen not thy hold. Treasure the companionship of the righteous and eschew all fellowship with the ungodly.
(Baha'u'llah, The Persian Hidden Words)

This dessert heat struggles endlessly to bury me
Immensity of this feat we face may deter the weak
His Words are deep never bleak to those who seek
The chosen meek who rose relentlessly to herd the sheep
The bird is freed of its cage and earthly bondage
Urgently needs to serve pay worthy homage
Rise to the task eyes fixed 'pon the knowledge
10 thousand angels got ya back as promised
I have the light that you're dying for
I am the strength in the lions's roar
I'm not much different than you, cause I've got limits too
But love of my Creator has defined my core
And that's the point where I pivot at
So any strength that I'm given – I can give it back
Livin' at, times where the world isn't filled with that
Spiritual vibe, I'm in the field trying to deal with that,
Singin' that:
I am the change that I wanna see,
‘Cause I'm a spiritual revolutionary.
Let’s start the revolution, spiritual in nature
Fueled by the fire of our love for the Maker
People say the youth are the future’s creators
Well the future is now, there is no time for later
But we’re lost in a world full of talk
Everybody’s ears are always clouded by this dross
We're living in disunity, it leaves us at a loss
I feel like we keep our souls in a box
But now our mission is given
We've got the drive, let’s be driven
You see our spiritual lyrics are paired with intricate rhythms
We’ll make the world we envision
Invent a new way of living
Through revolution of the spirit we accomplish His bidding
So let me tell you the things that you’re prepared to know
There’s gems of inestimable value that you carry though
Our spirit, no need to keep it buried so
Say it with me, i’m a be a revolutionary yo
I am the change that I wanna see,
‘Cause I'm a spiritual revolutionary.
When the Heroes are named let them mention she,
With the strength indeed to swim against the stream!
Let them mention he who lives intentionally
Whose will won’t bend even if the end is seen
Let them mention me. Let them mention we
Who give a 100% body soul and mentally
Let them mention we who serve and bend the knee
And pray the blessings of the Most flow generously
We who rise and fight to see that justice stands
With the voice to answer those who cry out
“What’s the plan?”
These seekers need teachers, keepers of the Faith
And guidance to lead us in battle erase
The problems and the tests and the questions we face
We slowly transforming this unholy place.
The kingdom we building will bring them solace
We buildin’ Dominion come take yo’ place singin’…
I am the change that I wanna see,
‘Cause I'm a spiritual revolutionary.

As for you, O ye lovers of God, make firm your steps in His Cause, with such resolve that ye shall not be shaken though the direst of calamities assail the world. By nothing, under no conditions, be ye perturbed. Be ye anchored fast as the high mountains, be stars that dawn over the horizon of life, be bright lamps in the gatherings of unity, be souls humble and lowly in the presence of the friends, be innocent in heart. Be ye symbols of guidance and lights of godliness, severed from the world, clinging to the handhold that is sure and strong, spreading abroad the spirit of life, riding the Ark of salvation. Be ye daysprings of generosity, dawning-points of the mysteries of existence, sites where inspiration alighteth, rising-places of splendours, souls that are sustained by the Holy Spirit, enamoured of the Lord, detached from all save Him, holy above the characteristics of humankind, clothed in the attributes of the angels of heaven, that ye may win for yourselves the highest bestowal of all, in this new time, this wondrous age.

72. O MY SERVANT!
Thou art even as a finely tempered sword concealed in the darkness of its sheath and its value hidden from the artificer's knowledge. Wherefore come forth from the sheath of self and desire that thy worth may be made resplendent and manifest unto all the world.
(Baha'u'llah, The Persian Hidden Words)

O my God! O Thou forgiver of sins, bestower of gifts, dispeller of afflictions!
Verily, I beseech Thee to forgive the sins of such as have abandoned the physical garment and have ascended to the spiritual world.
O my Lord! Purify them from trespasses, dispel their sorrows, and change their darkness into light. Cause them to enter the garden of happiness, cleanse them with the most pure water, and grant them to behold Thy splendors on the loftiest mount.
- 'Abdu'l-Bahá
(Compilations, Baha'i Prayers, p. 44)
May our love guide you home
May our prayers carry you home
May God open the door
May He welcome you home

O my God! O my God! Unite the hearts of Thy servants, and reveal to them Thy great purpose. May they follow Thy commandments and abide in Thy law. Help them, O God, in their endeavor, and grant them strength to serve Thee. O God! Leave them not to themselves, but guide their steps by the light of Thy knowledge, and cheer their hearts by Thy love. Verily, Thou art their Helper and their Lord.

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me...
'Twas Grace that taught
my heart to fear
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear
The hour I first believed
Through many dangers, toils and snares
I've already come.
'Twas Grace that brought me safe thus far
And Grace will lead me home
CH:
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound
That saved...
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now am found
Was blind...
Was blind but now I see
The Lord has promised good to me
His word my hope secures.
My shield and portion He will be
As long as life endures.
When we've been here ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun
We've no less days to sing God's praise
Than when we've first begun
CH:
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved...
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now am found
Was blind...
Was blind but now I see
I once was lost but now am found
Was blind...
Was blind but now I see

O God! O God! This is a broken-winged bird and his flight is very slow -- assist him so that he may fly toward the apex of prosperity and salvation, wing his way with the utmost joy and happiness throughout the illimitable space, raise his melody in Thy Supreme Name in all the regions, exhilarate the ears with this call, and brighten the eyes by beholding the signs of guidance.
O Lord! I am single, alone and lowly. For me there is no support save Thee, no helper except Thee and no sustainer beside Thee. Confirm me in Thy service, assist me with the cohorts of Thine angels, make me victorious in the promotion of Thy Word and suffer me to speak out Thy wisdom amongst Thy creatures. Verily, Thou art the helper of the weak and the defender of the little ones, and verily Thou art the Powerful, the Mighty and the Unconstrained.

Youth can move the world
Youth can move the world when in action
They take your mind and they're attacking it
They're just some blood suckin' money-hungry Draculas
Yo they say that life is tough, aint no way that you can battle it
And put you in a cloud of confusion; labyrinth
So now you're jaded, dreams so faded
Say you're livin' that life, but really you're livin' wasted
This is a digital age, don't be a digital slave
Don't gotta sacrifice you're life to be brave
They think that if you're young then your brain you can't use
So they make fake realities that they hand you
And stuff it in your ears as if you can't hear
The truth.
The power's in the hands of the youth!
Say:
Remember The Báb, He was a young man
He gave up His life to promote the Cause
Remember Anis, he was a young boy
He gave up his life to promote the Cause
Remember Badi, he was a young man
He gave up his life to promote the Cause
Remember Quddus, he was a young man
He gave up his life to promote the Cause
There's people gettin' rich with the hype and the fall back
Over the transient things that we gawk at
Tell me where the line of consuming stops at
When the value of what is priced high isn't all that
It's probably made by child in Vietnam
Or a girl in Cambodia that's workin' till the dawn
So the thugs from Thailand don't try to buy her little sister
Driven by the tears of her mother when she kissed her
Goodbye
But yeah, I guess you're lookin' kinda fly
With all that fresh gear that you just buyed
I mean bought
What's the vocabulary I'm taught
Swag, swag, it's scary is it not?
Or is it just me, am I going crazy
Isn't it wrong what they've done in Iran with BIHE?
I guess that freedom everywhere's a silhouette
Over there they can't study, over here we're still in debt
Say:
CHORUS:
Remember The Báb, He was a young man
He gave up His life to promote the Cause
Remember Anis, he was a young boy
He gave up his life to promote the Cause
Remember Badi, he was a young man
He gave up his life to promote the Cause
Remember Quddus, he was a young man
He gave up his life to promote the Cause
BRIDGE:
They think that if you're young then your brain you can't use
So they make fake realities that they hand you
And stuff it in your ears as if you can't hear
the truth.
The power's in the hands of the youth!
Say:
Remember Tahirih, she was a lady
Remember ‘Abdu’l-Bahá when he was young
Shogi Effendi, he was a young man
Remember ‘Abdu’l-Bahá when he was young
Youth can move the world when in action
The power's in the hands of the youth.

Kelly Snook - Patience
04:44
|
|||
O kind Lord! O Comforter of anguished hearts!
Send down Thy mercy upon us, and Thy grace, bestow upon us patience, give us the strength to endure. With Thy generous hand, lay Thou a balm upon our sores, grant us a medicine for this never-healing woe. Console Thou Thy loved ones, comfort Thy friends and handmaids, heal Thou our wounded breasts, and with Thy bounty's remedy, restore our festering hearts.
With the gentle breeze of Thy compassion, make fresh and green again these boughs, withered by autumn blasts; restore Thou to flourishing life these flowers, shrivelled by the blight of bereavement.
With tidings of the Abha Paradise, wed Thou our souls to joy, and rejoice Thou our spirits with heartening voices from the dwellers in the realm of glory.
Thou art the Bounteous, Thou art the Clement; Thou art the Bestower, the Loving.

O Divine Providence shed a ray of light upon this gathering that it may become illumined.
Shed a ray of light, a ray of light.
Shed a a ray of light.
Inspired by:
O Divine Providence! This assemblage is composed of Thy friends who are attracted to Thy beauty and are set ablaze by the fire of Thy love. Turn these souls into heavenly angels, resuscitate them through the breath of Thy Holy Spirit, grant them eloquent tongues and resolute hearts, bestow upon them heavenly power and merciful susceptibilities, cause them to become the promulgators of the oneness of mankind and the cause of love and concord in the world of humanity, so that the perilous darkness of ignorant prejudice may vanish through the light of the Sun of Truth, this dreary world may become illumined, this material realm may absorb the rays of the world of spirit, these different colors may merge into one color and the melody of praise may rise to the kingdom of Thy sanctity.
Verily, Thou art the Omnipotent, and the Almighty!

JB Eckl - New Creation
03:59
|
|||
Who am I to call your name
You know I’m in no condition
Can these tiny prayers ascend up to your gate
And make a new creation
Make a new creation out of me?
Who am I to find your faith
I’m in love with my addictions
Is it possible to throw them all away
And make a new creation
Make a new creation out of me?
Who am I to teach your way
I’m a walking contradiction
But I’m asking that you take this ball of clay
And make a new creation
Make a new creation
Make a new creation
Make a new creation out of me

Eric Dozier - Cool
03:18
|
|||
People say You’re out of date like an old shoe
You’re so worn and torn and You’re of no use
How can they fix their lips to say the things that they do
I’d like to see them take a breath without you
They say I’m square they say my faith is dated
And our relationship is overrated
They say this love affair has got me jaded
That may be but they can’t see that you in me makes me cool
They say cause I believe in you I’m a fool
But I just simply smile, I know what’s true
You looked down deep into my heart and found a jewel
And that’s so cool
Fussin’ at you for all their bad situations
Shifting blame cause they don’t want to face them
But as for me your love’s my inspiration
I hope through me they can see
That Your love can set them free to be a reflection of your image
Then they’ll join with me recognizing only you can provide the means
And what we need to bring healing to a world desiring sweet relief
I don’t know but that sounds cool
They say cause I believe in you I’m a fool
But I just simply smile, I know what’s true
You looked down deep into my heart and found a jewel
And that’s so cool
It’s not in the clothes I wear
Or the way I style my hair
I don’t have to have a dime
Doesn’t matter, I’m cool
In His eyes I’m fine
Cause he created an expression of nobility
In my spirit that rings true, that’s the reason I am gonna sing
And I believe He feels the same about you
That makes Him cool

Badi - The Fire
03:19
|
|||
Badi get a grip... don't let em see you like this
I say I'm ashamed of mankind but I walk a thin line
So I slip, if somethings in the way yea I'm known to trip
It's just more than I can take
All eyes on me, and it's more than I can fake
But at the end of the day, man all that I can say is
My prayers to the Most Great
When I'm down for the count, in it too deep
When I live day to day, start to lose sleep
When I don't go to class, when I don't call fam back
How long can I do this, how long will I last
I don't know God, I don't know
If I am even worthy of your grace anymore
I'm waiting for a sign, but everything is sign
In reality the world is already mine
CHORUS:
I feel it my veins
The Fire, when I cry out His Name
Oh my god, make my prayer
A fire to burn away all my veils
Make of my prayer a fire
Kindle in my veins a fire
My God, My Adored One
My King, My Desire
I know that God gave each a purpose
But we all gotta search way beneath the surface
To find it, like trying to unearth a diamond
That always appears with the most perfect timing
-so I start reading to find meaning-
And I see there is still something I am not seeing
In between the lines, In my spirit
In the music, in the very air that I'm breathing
It's the reason I feel forced to write
I recognize it inside me, that source of light
Showing me there is so much more to life
Arming me with the fire, because I got wars to fight
I think about the breakers of the dawn
And how they stood firm when the guns were drawn
On the front lines far from pawns
Kings in their own right, their the ones who I call upon
Whenever I lose faith
I read the story of my name and realize it's never too late
To believe and so shall my powers be
I believed, and He made a man out of me
CHORUS:
I feel it my veins
The Fire, when I cry out His Name
Oh my god, make my prayer
A fire to burn away all my veils
Make of my prayer a fire
Kindle in my veins a fire
My God, My Adored One
My King, My Desire
When the swords flash, go forward
When the shafts fly, press onward
When the swords flash, go forward
When the shafts fly, press onward
When the swords flash, go forward
When the shafts fly, press onward
When the swords flash, go forward
When the shafts fly, press onward

My shadow grows
Force a direction
I'm cordless as a pocket of salt
My mind is home
And tall as I am reckless
Crazed with golden wings
These happenings
Like chorus in a forest of watch
And marches on
My quarreling
Caress me for some peaceful state
Call me a wanderer, pioneer
Caress the moon in my arms
A solace embrace
Call me an amateur, I am here
Collect the joy in my scars
And the bright from my face
The greatest lands of all wrestle with light and make me turn
A shadow of emptiness and loss
That is all to measure on
No preachers, no cars, to trifling shows
No heaven so deep to daze me oh lord
My claws, my wings, my glory parade
My cross on the turf as i lay
Call me a wanderer, pioneer
Caress the moon in my arms
A solace embrace
Call me an amateur, I am here
Collect the joy in my scars
And the bright from my face

We need Thy protection
And we need Thy compassion
‘Cause sometimes I get the feeling
That something is missing
More and more with time I realize
We can’t make it on our own
Unlock my heart because I need to know that we’re never alone
No we’re never alone
‘Cause “Our souls are united, and our hearts are welded
Each to each, each to each
In following Thy ways to soaring in the skies
We are all one, we are all one” *
As I stumble through
I try to remember
The light that leads us on
The love that’s always been there
More and more with time I realize
We can’t make it on our own
Unlock my heart because I need to know that we’re never alone
No we’re never alone
‘Cause “Our souls are united, and our hearts are welded
Each to each, each to each
In following Thy ways to soaring in the skies
We are all one, we are all one” *
...We are one
